Nissan says it is using the old batteries in portable power sources it developed with electronics maker JVCKenwood Corp. and 4R Energy Corp., a company co-owned by Nissan and Sumitomo Corp. which works on ecological vehicles and power storage systems. A US federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit accusing YouTube of restricting or removing videos from Black and Hispanic content creators because of their race. US District Judge Vince Chhabria in San Francisco said that although the idea that YouTube's algorithm could discriminate based on race is plausible, the plaintiffs "do not come close" to suggesting they suffered any discrimination. Super Lig club Fenerbahce have officially confirmed the signing of midfielder Fred from Manchester United. The Brazil international completed his medical on Saturday in Istanbul after Fenerbahce agreed to pay £13m (€15m) inclusive of add-ons for his services.
